Nits:

If you want section 6 as an Appendix, you should move it to the back
(after --- back in Kramdown).

RFCs 3160, 1718, 1539, 1391 are already Obsolete, don't need to be in Updates:

You need to obsolete RFC 6722, not update it.

The RFC Editor doesn't like xrefs in the Abstract, just use the name of the RFC, i.e. "RFC 6722" (with a space).

It would be normal practice to say "This document obsoletes RFC 6722." in both the Abstract and at the end of the Introduction.
