Great. I have the Requirements draft open in my editor for a similar review.

Correct document. I just fail to grasp the value of APs within the architecture.
They seem to sit on the boundary between a CE and PE and there is a 1:1
relationship between a CE-PE pair and an AP. 

But anyway, I don't think they harm anything.
