I found some source of a version of telnet with support for an ID
on encryption. I have added an encryption option that uses X.509
(using SecuDE package). It exchanges key info ok, but then doesn't
start encrypting. Before I delve too far into the workings of 
telnet, I wonder if there is more recent source code available
(I got the version I have off the net about 6 months ago).
