To thinosi list

In case anyone was still worried, there will NOT be a thinosi meeting in
Seattle.

Please review the new cookbook text (draft-ietf-thinosi-cookbook-03.txt,
unchanged except for 2.1 and some octets). You might also review the
"profile" (draft-ietf-thinosi-profile-00.txt, unchanged and due to expire in
May) to make sure it is ok for it to die.
