Hi Rich and Yoav,

Can you review the TLS ExtensionType Value registrations in draft-ietf-tls-esni for us? Please see below. 

If these are OK, should we make permanent registrations or temporary early allocations, which can be renewed if publication approval is postponed for more than a year?
