I had concerns over what seemed to me an unrealistic ask. That has been 
clarified and resolved.

To be clear, I don't have any experience with HTTP yet. So I was just 
trying to understand the concerns and if/how I can help you.

I do acknowledge that changing all applications is not ideal but I don't 
yet understand the ladder diagrams. So I currently don't have any 
specific opinion. I need to do a lot of reading and some modeling before 
forming an opinion.
