Bob,

I think of all the drafts I have read today this is the most concise and
detailed - I have no comments as I think you covered quite a bit clearly. A
lot of this document is pointing out things that need to be dealt with by
the HDA (hence being out of scope as its case by case) which is a good
choice. Perhaps the next step is to setup some example(s) to work through
to get some more detail (and some flow diagrams of traffic between hosts
and HDA layouts). Most likely this will result in more detail and specific
drafts to a specific use case.

For UAS applications the registration will mostly be out of band I think
(unless re-registering). So I will try to think how best to apply this and
the other drafts in that context and problem space.
