Objet : [Drip] an editorial question on -arch

Shuai & I are cleaning up the last of the -arch changes (essentially editorial, mostly clarifications) requested by AD & IESG reviews.

In his IOTDIR review, Thomas Fossati suggested:

* In Section 2.1, the following terms are already in the most recent
  "RFC Editor Abbreviations List" [1] and can be removed:
    * EdDSA
    * HIP
    * HIT
    * HI

Shall we remove them and add the abbreviations list as a reference?
Or, considering the last 3 are not yet widely familiar, keep them for reader convenience?

Other than that, I believe the proposed -30 version addresses all (except the few consensus "wontfix") issues/comments/nits.

The proposed -30 pull request is at
https://github.com/ietf-wg-drip/draft-ietf-drip-arch/pull/54
