I'm not sure -- it's probably 15 years since I put together the CSS for
the htmlized documents, and the only thing I've tweaked since is the
horizontal placement (left vs. center) of the document text in the viewport.

I'll go and have a look, but I suspect I had a reason at the time.  There
could very well be much better CSS solutions today, though.
