I also agree that reviewing all changes with the community is a bad idea.  I’m less concerned about it slowing things down, than I am with the unbelievable extra effort it would take (e.g., creating a sandbox on a virtual host for every PR?)

If you want to contribute and review the tools work, you have to download the source into a Docker image (step one: what’s docker :) and then the database and all. It is not a zero-effort, but being able to useful contribute to RKPI or QUIC or almost anything else also requires up-front effort as well. And tooling time (heh) can be harder to justify rather than the “real work.” Just like in the Real World. I know it’s been a show-stopper for me often.

I do want to point out that John carefully worded his ask:  Not all changes, announce not preview, and is this a useful thing to ask for.
