The revised text in Section 2.3 LGTM.

I noticed the acknowledgements section (Section 23) refers to SSODA, but
this name doesn't appear elsewhere in the document. Perhaps it should say
"the ADDITIONAL-ADDRESS-FAMILY mechanism"?
