Well maybe I'm making some wrong assumptions here.  Here's the question
from another angle:

It looks like you're making six related registries in Sections 10.2.1
through 10.2.6.  Would it make sense to create a main registry called
"Certificate Transparency Parameters" that contains these six
sub-registries?
