I'd like a bit of time (10-15 minutes should be fine) to report on our 
experiments with requiring TLS on the public XMPP network.

As noted, Yaron and I will chat this evening. I'd expect that the 
xmpp-tls document will then be updated to mostly point to the tls-bcp 
document.
