Have you written this up somewhere? I was just chatting with Jen about this
over coffee and it would be interesting to know how much work it would be
to implement this correctly. The obvious bits (connect, accept, sendto,
recvfrom) seem relatively straightforward but then there are other things
like cmsg and so on which seem more involved.

This doesn't seem like a problem. Your IPv6-only OS can't obtain an IPv4
address, and therefore, it doesn't need to "disable CLAT". No?
