Hi Dear all,

This is a new version of the draft. We made not a few revision to improve the readability, but there's no essential technical change.
Comments are appreciated.

Best regards,
Bing

A new version of I-D, draft-ietf-v6ops-dhcpv6-slaac-problem-06.txt
has been successfully submitted by Bing Liu and posted to the IETF repository.

Name: draft-ietf-v6ops-dhcpv6-slaac-problem
Revision:	06
Title: DHCPv6/SLAAC Interaction Problems on Address and DNS Configuration
Document date:	2016-02-05
Group: v6ops
Pages: 23
URL: https://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-v6ops-dhcpv6-slaac-problem-06.txt
Status: https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/draft-ietf-v6ops-dhcpv6-slaac-problem/
Htmlized: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-v6ops-dhcpv6-slaac-problem-06
Diff: https://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url2=draft-ietf-v6ops-dhcpv6-slaac-problem-06

Abstract:
The IPv6 Neighbor Discovery (ND) Protocol includes an ICMPv6 Router
Advertisement (RA) message. The RA message contains three flags,
indicating the availability of address auto-configuration mechanisms
and other configuration such as DNS-related configuration. These are
the M, O, and A flags, which by definition are advisory, not
   prescriptive.

This document describes divergent host behaviors observed in popular
operating systems. It also discusses operational problems that the
   divergent behaviors might cause.

Please note that it may take a couple of minutes from the time of submission until the htmlized version and diff are available at tools.ietf.org.
