Ron, Lee, and I are starting to pull together an agenda for IETF 100. The documents that we discuss will be, as usual, those that are new or updated since IETF 99, and regarding which there has been supportive discussion on the list. Right now, we have one item on the agenda we are assembling. The draft cutoff is October 30 (https://ietf.org/meeting/important-dates.html#ietf100).

In other words, if you plan to write a draft, now would be an excellent time to do it, and to provoke thoughtful commentary on the list.
