Hi WG and Chairs,

This document systematically defines a framework for multi-domain IPv6-only networks. It adopts address mapping rules to support "IPv4 As A Service" in transit core. Taking encapsulation mode as an example. The IPv6 address generated comprises the original IPv4 address of the packet. Thus, for all the IPv4 packets which have the same IPv6 data path in IPv6-only network, the ratio of inner IPv4 addresses to outer IPv6 addresses is 1:1, which is equivalent to establishing specific tunnels for different IPv4 packets. So the network can easily identify hosts based on the outer IPv6 addresses. This will be helpful IP address-based network management and traffic scheduling.

I think it is very practical for the future evolution of multi-domain networks to IPv6-only, so I support the adoption.
