Perfect, thanks all. This is really helpful and exactly what I was
looking for. I will be on site regardless, so if it is decided to
discuss, I'll be there. If not, Im sure I'll find something else
useful to talk with folks about =)
Thank you for clarifying the process, it's always been a little cloudy
to me as someone who has casually watched the process for a long time
but not taken part in or paid attention to the internal mechanics.
