I raised no objection to this policy:

but I did not interpret it to mean that *introducing* new drafts
in the f2f meeting was excluded. Note that I am not suggesting
detailed presentations and I certainly don't intend this to
be special pleading for my own drafts. They will sink or swim
on their merits.
