I was asking this question so that I could write the semantics of
"undisclosed" in the draft.

However, someone pointed out to me that we would not be writing the
semantics for "male" and "female" either, since we do not want to get
stuck in this tar pit.

Therefore, I take back my question. I have absolutely no issue with
adding "undisclosed" to the predefined values.
