Sorry; I'm behind on the vcarddav mailing list.  I'm just trying to catch up.

I've made a different set of contacts who are interested in the
progress of the social networking draft (which I did revive during
IETF 78).  They're folks from W3C's Portable Contacts work.  See
http://www.w3.org/2009/dap/wiki/ContactFormatsComparison

Unfortunately, after making initial contact, they have also not
responded to my email.  I'll keep prodding them to try to get some
traction here.
