[Vcon] Re: vCon session at IETF 126

Hi Chris,
I can submit a new version before the meeting.

It would be helpful to have a single source of truth, or at least only 2.
Currently we have IANA, CDDL, and JSON Schema.
What's the plan here?
I don't know of any other WG that has used IANA to such an extent. Not
every object needs to be extensible via IANA.
