Personally I'm very interested in the VOD case. RTCweb's latency
requirements tend to be a tighter constraint, but I hope this group will
take advantages to improve performance in applications where latency
doesn't matter as well.

I do suspect that the desire to treat 'streaming' and 'downloading' as
distinct cases will lead to a lot of VOD services offering video over
RTCweb.
