Part of the problem of jabber scribing is that you are relying on finding a volunteer, which at the moment comes down to the working group co-chairs going round twisting arms until they find someone. Quite frequently, I've ended up with my co-chair having to do the job because we have failed to find said volunteer.

If you are remote, and want this to happen, it would help if you could add to the persuasion factors, and use some of your gold stars to get someone to volunteer, rather than rely on the chairs consuming their own limited supply of gold stars.
