I don't see that problem. Are you logged in to the Datatracker (with the I-D that matches you as chair)? Go to your WG https://datatracker.ietf.org/wg/foo/about/ Click on Edit Milestones Single click on the milestone to edit Make the changes Go to bottom of page and click "Review changes" Go to bottom of page and click "Save" Adrian -----Original Message----- From: Joel Halpern <jmh@joelhalpern.com> Sent: 15 July 2026 19:41 To: IETF WG Chairs <wgchairs@ietf.org> Subject: Milestones So, after 4 years of work, we have completed one half of our first milestone, and are about to complete the second half. When I went to edit the milestones, I was informed that I can't edit the description of existing milestones. Not sure if that includes the dates. But at the very least it means that hte only way I can enter the two documents we are actually moving forward is to ignore the existing first milestone and create two new ones for AD approval? Have I read that part of the tooling properly? And iis there any sensible way to change the dates on all the rest of the milestones? (Yes, the original milestones were too aggressive. And yes, the chairs should have pushed to get the disagreements resolved sooner.) Yours, Joel
