Adding Alexis to the thread. 

Thanks for your suggestion Peter.  The RPC team discussed this recently and we like your suggested title - esp that it allows for a broad scope.  

We’re in the process of creating rpat@rfc-editor.org.  Once that is done, we’ll subscribe the team and request that the CMT list be closed and archived.  

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.
