The other comments have been resolved.  It's may be too late to ask 
for a new draft to be produced.

There were concerns within the working group about taking the easy 
path which was to drop the text.  There has been further discussions 
about the replacement text since my latest reply to Russ.  I would 
like to discuss the issue with my co-chair.  My recommendation is to 
remove draft-ietf-yam-rfc4409bis-02 from tomorrow's IESG agenda.

P.S. The easier path was actually different from what some WG
