I seem to recall we had two drafts presented in the first add session ( 
draft-livingood-doh-implementation-risks-issues and 
draft-reid-operator-doh) which already captured a lot of the concern. I 
would hope that we continue to work on them within the framework that is 
yet to be setup by the IETF leadership.
