Maybe the value ought to be more generic, like zonelistChangeInProgress, with 
further state information relevant to the process kept in the optional zonelist 
change group (or other MIB).

Over a week ago, I suggested that we return the onHold text back to the
AppleTalk MIB+ to make it easier for folks to monitor zone changing (which I
know you folks are probably tired of by now...).  From the relative silence, I
gather than only John Norstad and maybe Tom Evans agree with this.  Is this
accurate? As you probably know, the latest version does not mention onHold.  If
you feel that onHold should be brought back, please speak up now, preferably
before Karen submits the draft!
