KT> It is actually the other way around. Since no flags are defined for BGP
EPE and Direct, they must be set to 0 when originating and ignored on
receipt.  Once some flags are defined, then this (setting to 0 and ignoring
on receipt) would apply only to the undefined flags alone. I hope that
clarifies.
