I just have a minor nit: the profile names are "RTP/AVP", "RTP/SAVP", "RTP/AVPF", and "RTP/SAVPF", not just "AVP", "SAVP", "AVPF", and "SAVPF"; it would be good if the terminology in the draft was updated to match this. Otherwise, looks good.
