Thanks for updating the document, this is not well described the issues raised
in the discusses.

Comment:
  - I think this sentence is unnecessary and suggest to remove it, it says -

        this is the case in most networks known to the authors, but might not
        necessarily be the case in networks built over exotic link technologies.

s/application /Application , in Section 1.1  title.
