As it seems that at least too IPR disclosures may be filled against the document (it is never too late), may I remind this part of RFC 8179:

   In addition, if it is not reasonably
   apparent which part of an IETF Document is allegedly Covered by
   disclosed IPR, then it is helpful if the discloser identifies the
   sections of the IETF Document that are allegedly Covered by such
   disclosed IPR.

Sorry for the late reply. There is IPR, because our company has less experience in IPR declarations, and the declarations would be completed as soon as possible after our detailed analysis and comparison.
