Hi Kevin - Sorry for the delayed response. Thank you for your comments.
Have just submitted v3 incorporating your comments and some additional
updates to be consistent when referring to footprint Type vs footprint
object. Lastly, also  updated new URLs for references to Streaming Video
Technology Alliance (SVTA).
