I'll take full responsibility for leaving out the SDLC objects.  I considered
putting them in, then waffled, based on little support for them.  In the
general quiet, I certainly may have misread the silent interest.

Let me try the email consensus test that worked well for SNMPv2.  I'll see if
I can shake supporters loose.
