As discussed, the authors will do an ad-hoc fix for the policy language in oscore-edhoc.

With a more long-term perspective, to have a better handle for this kind of registry policy in the future, we also have written up draft-bormann-gendispatch-with-expert-review [1].
(Please ignore the tools issue with IANA.uuid.)

Maybe we can discuss this somewhere independent from the current balloting threads.
