I believe there has been exactly 7 messages on this dcpel list before your 
message here, and I do not find any description of anything other than what 
Kathleen has stated in general, and then your message that basically 
addresses my questions.

How much of this future group's work do you believe you have completed already?

You make it sound as though there is a lot of it already done; that several 
choices have already been made.

I am curious where this has been discussed openly, as in: what IDs is this 
work in to date?
