No need to apologize. I was just looking for your work to review and 
comment on.

I agree that proposals mean choices are made, hopefully with a sufficient 
explanation as to why something seamingly close wasn't chosen.  It sounds 
as if we all can expect that from your doc. I look forward to reading it.
