Maybe, but I find it a bit hard to parse.

Isn't there at least one "DetNet to many in that sentence?

Agreed that the MPLS Data Plane for DetNet supports DetNet flows, but
does the data palne itself flow?

First, is inconceivable that we define a PHB that does not contribute
to bounded latency?

Second, is PHB's the only thing that contribute to bounded latency?
