Hello,

-06 version contains the following changes:
- various typos and inconsistency with the option name fixed (the
option is now named "OPTION_ADDR_REG_ENABLE").
- IANA section updated to address the IANA feedback.
- "Signalling Address Registration Support" section is rewritten to
clarify that if the servers answers are inconsistent, the mechanism is
unreliable (as the client can pick up the first reply).
- text added about signalling the registration mechanism support via
not just Information-Request message, but via any message which
support Option-Request option (so if stateful DHCPv6 is used, the
client can register SLAAC addresses).

The authors believe that all comments received on the list and during
the WGLC have been addressed, and would like to ask the chairs for the
WGLC, as discussed during the IETF118 session.
