Hi all,

I've received a number of grumblings from implementers noting that
they found it strange that they had to subscribe and post to the
dispatch list in order to support Multibase and Multihash. Yes, I
know... shouldn't be that difficult, but that's the feedback from some
in that community (who tend to trend younger and are not that into
email lists as some of the older generations are).

After some discussion, they noted that adding their names to a Google
Doc in support of Multibase and Multihash at IETF would be
preferable[1]. Here's the raw text of that document, containing 10
implementers that support work on Multibase and Multihash happening at
IETF:

-----------

To: The IETF DISPATCH Working Group

We, the undersigned, support the adoption of the Multibase and
Multihash formats as RFC-track deliverables at the IETF. We currently
implement, use, or foresee a need for these formats in our software
and desire a stable IETF-published RFC for the formats.

Sincerely,

IETF Participant)
