Dear all,
At the moment I'm preparing a new version of draft-jesske-sipping-etsi-ngn-reason-04 ( http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-jesske-sipping-etsi-ngn-reason-04 ) to be submitted.
There were some comments which were stating that this is the wrong group for the draft.
I would like to know what the feeling of the group is to which group (BLISS, DISPATCH or SIPCORE) this draft should belong.

Thank you and Best Regards

Roland
