Me, and 30000 other members, but we only forward messages, we do not
offer end mailboxes. And we do implement ARC, and my own personal
server (where my emails are forwarded) do check ARC headers. Each user
provides an address (or list of addresses) where his emails are
forwarded, and they can change it when they change mailbox providers
etc.

Yes, they usually want everything... Most of our users consider email
reliability to be most important factor for them. Almost all of the
support questions are about important emails not being delivered to
the end recipient.

Users also have settings to tell what they want, i.e., in iki.fi
members can ask spam marking (feed email through spamassassin and
record its findings to in few different ways). Or they can ask for
spam mark step to be bypassed, so they get all the emails and filter
them themselves.

My general feeling when talking to the end users is that they want all
the emails delivered, but sorted to spam and non spam mailboxes, so
they can go and try to find the emails from spam mailbox when the
system misclassified the email. What they do not like is that email
never was accepted by system at all, so they have to send email to the
sender and ask them to deliver it using some other way.

We currently do also offer a service that allows users to see all
their emails received by iki.fi system, i.e., users can ask iki.fi to
set up a www-backup mailbox for them, and then their emails are also
forwarded to that read-only www-mailbox where they are stored for
7-days and after that they are automatically deleted. This is intended
for the users to find which emails their main mail provider decided to
delete for some reason.
