Stephen,
I'm OK with this now, and I noticed the terminology section in the
bundle draft.  I think that the revision between -07 and -08 did help
the clarity.

I had just a few other nits on this version:

page 7:
The relative order of ADUs might not be preserved (add "by the
network").

page 8: 
s/life indicator/lifetime indicator/
s/and a length/and a length field/

page 13:
s/See Section 11/See Section 3.11/

page 15:
earlier it is stated that bundles have 2 or more blocks, but the third
sentence of section 3.7 implies that only the primary block is mandatory
(perhaps you mean that the primary block must be accompanied by at least
one payload or extension block, although either is optional)
