Hello Laurance,

the BoF proponents are refactoring the charter based on various inputs, including yours for example. This also includes some quite extensive trimming of charter size. Hence, a tad bit more is done than simply the merging of proposals right now.

We plan to float a new version to the list early next week, including an initial agenda layout.
