I’d like to offer my statement of support for draft-ietf-ecrit-lost-planned-changes-08.  As a volunteer who has helped write NENA standards for NG9-1-1 location-based routing and location validation, and having been an implementer of these standards, having read the draft, I am in full support – and I’m happy to discuss further, if you’d like.  I think it will be a very important mechanism to address changes to data in operational systems.
