I've sent an invite to Robert, Nevil, Lars, and mnot.  I expect to
resend it after the holidays, but hey, someone might be looking at their
email this week.  It could happen!  If it turns out that any of them are
not available, I'll add Carsten and/or Marc to the list as well.
