    Actually, that vote was the number of people who *didn't* want to
    move to usecs.. I was conceding that the idea didn't seem to be
    getting a lot of support, so never mind!  From the rest of your message
    it looked like the vote would become 4-1.  (or dare I hope that you
    changed your mind at the end? :-)
