thanks to all who continue to provide good comments on the current
document

i believe i am capturing them all

if a correction goes unopposed for a couple of days, i'm assuming
it's a good correction and is going in the document

silence implies assent -- which, of course, can be reversed later by speaking
up -- as long as its not too much later
