There is no specific venue for discussion, but you can email Rich and me direct. Rich and I have posted a draft to collect the information reported by ADs about their workloads. Make of it what you will. We don't expect this I-D to be more than that collation, and don't seek publication as an RFC. If ADs supply more information, that would be welcomed and folded into a future version.
